Cedar Springs is an outdoor
seasonal venue available 7 days a week June
through October. (Limited dates available
month of May; please call for details.)
Reservations & Deposits: A signed rental
agreement with a non-refundable deposit (50% of venue price) to secure your date. The remaining balance is due (10) ten days prior to scheduled event.
Occupancy: Up to 300 guests
Catering: Le Garmache’ Catering services are the only authorized food providers for Cedar Springs. Use
of any other catering service or off-site prepared or purchased food is prohibited without prior written approval from Cedar
Springs.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages at Cedar Springs are subject to the rules established by the
Washington State Liquor Control Board and Cedar Springs:
~ You
are required to obtain a Banquet Permit and provide a copy to Cedar Springs (1) week prior to event. (Please visit: www.liq.wa.gov for permit application.) ~ Cedar
Springs allows you to provide your own beer, wine & champagne with a licensed bartender secured through the catering company.
~ Hard Alcohol is permitted. It will require a $350.00 Bar Service fee plus cost of drinks.
~ Alcohol Service will end 30 minutes prior to rental period ending time
Rehearsal: Rental includes 1 ½ hour rehearsal. Reservations must be made with Cedar Springs in advance.
Prohibited: NO Fireworks or Overnight Parking/Camping
